Research interests


Study of strongly correlated hadronic systems with confined elementary constituents, in particular baryons in the nonperturbative regime of QCD, where quarks and gluons are confined in colorless configurations and the chiral symmetry of the theory is spontaneously broken. 
Three main research fields, for each one there is a detailed description with links to the corresponding publications that can be extracted from the full list  here :
  1. study of the electromagnetic response of medium-heavy/heavy nuclei in exclusive reactions where one or more nucleons are emitted  under quasi-elastic conditions (knockout reactions) at low and high momentum transfer (detailed description)
  2. study of the nucleon electroweak structure (electromagnetic and axial charge distribution, magnetic moment, etc..) and of its resonances in quark models (detailed description)
  3. study of azimuthal (spin) asymmetries in (semi-)inclusive fundamental processes on (un)polarized hadrons: Deep-Inelastic Scattering (DIS),  e+e- annihilation, Drell-Yan  (detailed description)
