English is the Official language of 13^th ICNCT. No interpretation will be provided.

Climate and Clothing

Florence is usually comfortable at the time of scheduled Conference. The average temperature in November is in the range 10-15 C. Accordingly, a coat or jacket would be appropriate.

Currency and Shopping

The unit of currency is Euro.You can exchange foreign currency at banks, international airports, and other authorized money exchangers.

Electricity

220V and 50 Hz is the standard power supply throughout Italy. The standard electric plugs available in Italy are like this:

Visa

If you need a VISA to enter Italy, please apply in due time. We can provide an invitation letter upon request.

Letter of Invitation Request

Upon request, the Secretariat Office will issue a letter of invitation. The sole purpose of the letter is to facilitate the participants travel and visa arrangements. It does not imply provision of financial or other support.
